that is badass... My bully problems always ended with them eating the floor... They aren't too fit down here in California, fat doesn't necessarily equal muscle.

I have my share of battle scars too...
I think this is a really neat, clean, piece of art. Nothing is lost during the whole thing, it is simple to read and understand and the message of it is clear. The expressions really match with each character as the bully has the face of apathy and the little girl is all confused. The poses are also well done. Great work with both the expressions and poses.
The coloring is always spectacular with you. Your combination of vector and painting really push the image out. I always love your values and how you use them. The highlights are nicely done as well.
The background might be a bit too simple for the characters, since the characters are detailed themselves. Though, I can probably see why you made the background as it is, to make the characters stand out instead of being lost in the background. So a simple background might be a plus. I think if this wasn't for a class, maybe cut out the "bullying sucks" text, to give the picture a bigger impact. This way, the image is open for interpretation. (If you want that of course. It's all up to you what you wanted!)
That's all I really have. This is a cute, funny, and meaningful piece that gets across the message. You did a fantastic job on it and you continue to amaze.
